• Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate pick-up times, flight numbers, and destination addresses. Lux Chauffeur Hire Brisbane is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect details.
• Amendments: Changes to itineraries or schedule adjustments must be communicated with reasonable notice and are subject to availability.

3. Fares, Payment, and Surcharges

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

• Payment Terms: Full payment or a secure pre-authorization is required prior to or at the commencement of the service, as specified during booking.
• Additional Costs: Tolls, airport parking fees, late-night surcharges, or extended waiting times outside the agreed parameters may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

We recognize that plans can change. Cancellations must be made within our stipulated notice periods to avoid cancellation fees. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full reservation rate.

5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

We maintain a strict standard of luxury and safety across our entire fleet:

• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
• Consuming food or open alcoholic beverages requires prior approval from management.
• Clients are held financially liable for any interior or exterior damage, excessive mess, or staining caused by passengers.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, Lux Chauffeur Hire Brisbane is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic gridlock, road accidents, or unexpected flight diversions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that region.
