Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise at our discretion.

Reservations

All online bookings are processed during office hours. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

For urgent or last-minute transfers, contact us on 1300 339 525.

Cancellations / Amendments

• Cancelled before 36 hours: Full refund
• Cancelled within 36 hours: 50% refund
• Cancelled within 24 hours: No refund
• Stretch limousine cancellations: 72 hours prior required, otherwise no refund
• School Formals/Weddings: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 15 days

Liabilities & Insurance

Our maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the booking amount. We accept no liability for consequential losses.

Vehicle Restrictions & Road Rules

Drivers may refuse unsafe or inaccessible locations. All drivers adhere strictly to road rules.

Food, Smoking & Alcohol

No eating, drinking, smoking, or illegal substances allowed in vehicles. Cleaning/damage charges may apply.

Subcontractors

During peak times, we may use subcontractors. They remain under our supervision but are governed by their own operational policies.

Customer Accounts

You must be 18+ to register. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.

Ownership of Materials

All website content is owned by Black Grandeur Chauffeur and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
